With a total number of 80,000 members, DBSK's fanclub 'Cassiopeia' posted a notice about something named "SM Ent. No-buying' activity on the 13th. This was a reaction towards SME's inhumane ways of treating the stars under contract with them.
After three of DBSK's members Youngwoong (Kim) Jaejoong, Xiah (Kim) Junsu, and Micky (Park) Yoochun filed a lawsuit against their talent agency, SM Entertainment, and after news of DBSK not joining in SM Town Live 09, this has made Cassiopeia all around the world start to sabotage SME.
In the notice that was posted on Cassiopeia's main page, they have criticized SME's actions towards DBSK, and have also listed down the items that were included in this "SM Ent. No-Buying' activity.
The items include albums, DVDs, singles, and any other merchandise released by SME.
Cassiopeia said "SME canceled the performance that had nothing to do with DBSK's members' lawsuit, using 'because of DBSK's lawsuit, we cannot see the feeling of being a family between the members at all' as an excuse, and have announced that SM Town was to be postponed until a date later to be decided", and also said that "SME's sudden canceling is totally not thinking of what and how the people who bought the tickets already went through to get the tickets, this does not show any respect towards the people who buy their stuff."
Fans also said "Using the fans, they repeated the same things over and over again, not only not respecting the fans but also not respecting the stars themselves, this is just some type of disrespect towards everybody."
Cassiopeia, on the other hand said "Only after SME has found a way to stop their money-only ways will this no-buying activity end."
