Move over Yoo-na, Jessica wants to act too!
Jessica of popular girl group Girls Generation is set to star in the Korean adaptation of “Legally Blonde the Musical“. That’s right, we said star! Jessica has been chosen for the lead role in the production despite having no prior acting experience.
The inexperienced actress will receive some help, however, from Kim Dong-wook, who will play the male lead in the musical. Stars like Kim Soo-jin, Jun Soo-kyung and Cho Jung-hwa will also take part in the performance as members of the supporting cast. Jessica will make her musical debut along with the rest of the cast on November 14th at Coex Atrium in Seoul.
So, do you think Jessica can “bend and snap” her way into musical stardom or is her performance bound to fall flat like a bad perm?
